After clearing out the Northern base, regroup your armies and head North-East. During these attacks make sure to constantly be building units back at your base. Take the next couple of minutes to continue building out your army of Zerglings and add in some Queens if you have the gas to spare. Tips - This achievement can be quite a pain. Remember that Helions and Helbats can wreak serious havoc against your army, so pick them off quickly with Kerrigan to avoid things getting out of hand. Your forces are so great in number that simply walking in the base and clicking attack will win you the level. No preparation should be needed for this assault. You will then be instructed to lead this army against the Terran base and destroy their cannon. It might take a few attacks, but eventually you will hammer through them. Remember Helions and Helbats will deal heavy damage to your forces, so kill them the moment you see one enter the battle. Build up a force of Zerglings, around 35-40 to ensure you can overwhelm the enemy forces. Pick at them with Kerrigan and some Queens to weaken them first. There are many Terrans blocking the path to this Queen. The third and final Queen will be marked now.
